Why Troy?

More than
an athlete.

Troy gives 100% whether he’s at practice, in a game, or training when no one is watching.

He loves the competition, but what he loves even more is the brotherhood. His teammates matter to him. Getting better matters to him. And when he loses, he doesn’t quit. He learns, works harder, and comes back stronger.

His dream is big. One day, he wants to play at the highest level.

A mom’s perspective

Why I’m fighting
so hard for him.

As his mom, I’ve watched Troy fall in love with this game. I’ve watched the practices, the wins, the losses, the early mornings, the training sessions, and the moments when things didn’t go his way.

But what makes me proudest isn’t whether he wins. It’s watching him get back up. Troy has taught me that when a child believes in a dream, our job is to help give that dream room to grow.

So yes, I’m asking everybody I know to vote. Because I’ll never let my child look back and wonder whether his mom believed in him.

I do. And I hope you’ll believe in him too. 💚
